As the only PADI 5 star IDC facility in the Andaman Islands, we require Instructors and Divemasters every year who are professional, experienced, hard working, committed and share the same zeal and enthusiasm that we do diving. Each year we hire many multilingual Instructors to provide our guests with the options of learning their Dive Courses in the language they prefer. A dive centre is not complete without a service technician and each year we also hire an Instructor or Divemaster to join our team with equipment service skills, the ability to think out of the box due to the remoteness of the Island and compressor or engine knowledge.As a Dive Resort, besides diving staff there is also the need for team players on the resort side who are reliable,resposible and not afraid to work hard.

1. Indian National Dive Masters at Barefoot Scuba
We are currently looking for hardworking, focussed, enthusiastic and committed PADI Dive Masters who are proficent in English. It is essential that the applicant have a sound knowledge of the PADI system and be able to function as a team player at all times. Additonal qualifications such as language skills, equipment servicing experience, marketing skills, sales experience and computer knowledge would be extremely positive.
2. Indian National Instructors at Barefoot Scuba
We are currently looking for experienced, hardworking, focussed, enthusiastic and committed PADI Instructors who are proficent in English to a level where all PADI courses can be taught to students the language. It is essential that the applicant have a sound knowledge of the PADI system and be able to function as a team player at all times. Additonal qualifications such as language skills, equipment servicing experience, marketing skills, sales experience and computer knowledge would be extremely positive.
3. Water-sport Trip Leader OR Dive Master Trainee at Barefoot Scuba
Barefoot Scuba, this season, expands its horizons and introduces snorkeling, kayaking, and fishing so our clients can have more wholesome Andaman experience. So if you are a Indian National water-sport enthusiast and have the experience necessary to lead these trips, we'd love to hear from you. Alternatively, if you are considering starting out a career in scuba diving, do talk to us. Candidates must be hard-working, professional and eager to learn on the job. Knowledge of foreign languages would be an advantage.
